Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

   If an incorrect product has been delivered to you or if the received product does not match your order (an unboxing video is required).
2. Manufacturing Defect:
   If the product has a manufacturing defect (a video showcasing the defect is required).
3. Damaged Product:
   If the product is received in a damaged condition (an unboxing video is required).

Return and Cancellation Process

A) Order Cancellation

• Orders under certain categories, such as same-day or fixed-time delivery for items like cakes or flowers, cannot be canceled once dispatched.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. However, you can cancel post-dispatch with the applicable shipping charges deducted as outlined below:

Shipping Charges:

• Domestic (India):
• ₹75 for 0-500 gm
• ₹150 for 500-999 gm
• ₹250 for 1-2 kg
• ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for weights above 2 kg
• International: Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Breakage or In-Transit Damage

• If your product arrives damaged, share an unboxing video with us at [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery to initiate the replacement process.

C) Wrong Product Received

• If you receive a product that does not match your order, share an unboxing video with us immediately through chat support or email at [email protected].
• You may return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or exchange. Our support team will assist with the return pickup.

Refund Process

For returns not covered under the above categories, we will process a refund after deducting applicable freight/shipping charges:
